Two Ways to Put Us on Your Project

Every engagement is a subcontract for a defined body of work. Ongoing engagements are contracted directly with GWT Critical Projects; a one-off scope can be let through GWT Critical Infrastructure where your relationship already sits there.

Directly with GWT Critical Projects

A contract straight to the company that does the work, for a defined DC power scope: installation, termination, verification and our defined scope within the test program. Supervision, licensing and documentation sit with us. This is how all ongoing engagements are contracted.

Through GWT Critical Infrastructure: one-off engagements

Where a one-off DC power scope arises inside a project our sister company is already contracted on, GWT Critical Infrastructure may subcontract that scope to GWT Critical Projects as a defined body of work, at arm's length and at separately shown rates. Ongoing engagements are contracted directly.

Either way, it is a subcontract for a defined body of work. A scope with a start, an end and a deliverable, carried out by GWT Critical Projects' own employees under its own supervision.
Getting Started

Start With a Conversation

Tell us about the project: the equipment, the site, the program and where the DC power scope sits. We will talk through where our scope fits and come back with a defined body of work.

Licence, insurance and management system documentation is available on request once we are talking.

How a Job Runs

From First Conversation to Handover

1. ScopeA defined body of work agreed: scope, exclusions, deliverables and our site supervision.
2. OnboardingSite requirements, inductions and documentation in place before anyone mobilises.
3. OffsiteWhere the equipment is tested offsite, we deliver our scope within the vendor's program, so our crew knows the system before it ships.
4. Site deliverySet-down, install, terminate and verify, with records captured as we go.
5. Close-outVerification records, as-built mark-ups and defect close-out at handover.
